This is our version of the Eskimo Ulu.  Knives of this type were used by the Northwest American Indians Tribes (Tlinget, Inuit, Inupiat) for skinning and rendering of whale and seal fat for cooking oil.  It has enjoyed a rising popularity lately for use as a vegetable chopper in fine cooking shops.  When combined with a wooden bowl, chefs rock this razor sharp knife back and forth and slice food with surprising speed.   Our Ulu is made from stainless steel with an optional leather wrapped handle. Please request leather wrapping when ordering. Bowl not included.

The Dragon dagger is made from a hardened steel railroad spike.  This knife will hold an edge.   14 inches long.
